摘要
随着经济的发展、社会的进步,市场营销与企业文化这两个概念间的关联度越来越高。就这两个话题从两者间的区别与联系、企业文化对市场营销的影响及如何加强企业文化建设促进营销工作三方面展开论述。
With the economic and social development, 2 concepts, namely marketing management and enterprise culture are becoming more and more interrelated. This thesis will expound the above-mentioned 2 concepts in 4 aspects, including their the difference and relationship between them, the influence which enterprise culture acts on marketing management and how to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture to promote marketing management.
