摘要
目的探讨手术室教学计划改革的效果,以提高教学质量。方法根据手术室工作特点和护生情况制订带教方案,内容包括:建立健全的带教管理制度及实习计划公开化及明确化、操作示范、手术配合的讨论和健康教育能力的培养等方面。结果护生的主观能动性、工作积极性和实际操作能力得到提高。结论制订可行的带教方案能使护生实现温故知新,从理论到实践,实现护生的角色转变,是提高护生综合能力的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the effects of the teaching program in operation room (OR) and to improve the educational quality. Methods A teaching program reflecting the features of OR was formulated, which included forming a perfect administration system, making public the teaching outlines and practice projects, discussing operation procediues, and culturing the ability of health education. Result The activeness, enthusiasm and practical abilities in nursing students were improved. Conclusion A feasible teaching program and measure can help students gain new insights through reviewing old materials, change their role from theory to practice, and improve the integrated ability.
