Objective To explore the effect of special-purcae management system on care program. Methods Specialpurpose management system was formulated and put into practice. The special-pyroise management included ward round in the morning by the head nurse, discussion of potentially dissatisfying consumers＇ report, and enforcement of standardized health education. Results Clinical nursing quality, nurses＇ ability to apply care program and patients＇ satisfaction were improved. Conclusion Special-purpose management system can help nurses grasp the Methods of care program and secure its clinical application.
