摘要
企业文化对企业价值的贡献:一是企业文化体现企业的形象和精神;二是企业文化作为新的管理理论,在企业建设中发挥着极其重要的作用;三是企业文化是企业的一种内涵。我国企业文化常见错误有:一是文化愚民现象;二是无文化现象;三是文化理想现象。电子商务时代我国企业文化塑造与变革的思路:一是提炼速度文化和创新文化;二是更新观念塑造职工行为;三是领导者身体力行信守价值观念;四是建立激励机制巩固企业文化。
Enterprise culture has three functions: First, it embodies the image and spirit of the enterprise; Cecondt, it plays an important role in enterprise management; third, it bears the connotation of the enterprise. common mistakes in enterprise culture are as follows: Obscurtantist cultural policy, culture vacuum and idealized culture. In the age of e - commerce, we should shape and refonn enterprise culture in the following ways: promote efficiency and innovation, update notions of employees, maintain honest value by leaders and build inspiration system to consolidate enterprise culture.
