摘要
目前,我国大多数旅行社产品正处于产品雷同与低价竞争的怪圈。这导致了旅行社服务质量的下降与旅游者投诉居高不下,这些严重影响了旅游者的合法权益与地区旅游业的健康发展。针对这种情况,笔者从市场细分、线路设计、实效推广、专利经营及网络化联盟五个方面阐述了创新是旅行社产品走出低价竞争怪圈的真正出路。
At present, most travel agencies in china are stuck in a vicious circle by promoting similar products and competing for market with unnsually low price service. These have led to quality degradation of travel agencies and ever - increasing complaints from tourists, which further hampers the healthy development of regional tourism and tourists' interests. Aiming to solve these problems, this paper elaborates ways to get out of the eirele as follows: market subdivision, route design, actual effect promotion, patent management and network alliance.
