浅析当前农村村级财务管理中的问题及对策

目前在我国有些地方日益严重的村级财务管理问题已成为“三农”问题中的头等问题,使得农村社会矛盾日益突出,群众上访日益频繁,农村社会的长治久安和经济的繁荣发展受到严重影响,加强和规范村级财务管理工作已成为当务之急。文章从分析财务管理存在的问题入手,提出了解决村级财务管理的对策。

The problem of financial management in rural areas, the most critical issue in ＂ China＇s Agriculture, Farmers and Rural areas＂, is becoming increasingly serious in many Chinese areas. It has made the social conflicts increasingly notable and appeals to higher authorities by public have been increasing. Moreover, it has seriously influenced the long - term stability and economic flourish in rural areas. Therefore, strengthening and regulating financial management have become the vital matter of immediate urgency. This article proposes suggestions on improving rural financial management through an analysis on current problems in financial management.
