Analysis of Total Quality Management from the Sino-Australian Cooperative Teaching Program of Shanghai Dianji University

从阐释全面质量管理的内涵出发,全方位考察上海电机学院中澳合作教学项目,着重剖析该项目的教学管理体系对全面质量管理理论的实践和应用,并提出几点启示,为我国高等教育提高教学质量管理水平提供有用借鉴。

Starting from interpreting the connotation of the total quality Management, through the investigation into the Sino-Australian cooperative teaching program of Shanghai Dianji University, this article mainly analyzes the teaching management system of this program, and presents several enlightenments on practice and application of the total quality Management system in order to offer us for reference to improve the quality Management of Chinese higher education.
