摘要
介绍了美国流动教育项目申请、资助、计划和方案的制定和执行等情况,美国联邦政府对流动儿童教育的干预始于20世纪60年代的流动教育项目。该项目强调流动儿童受教育起点、过程和结果的平等。以求对我国流动儿童教育权的保障有所补益。
To benefit migrant education for children in China. , this article introduces application, formulation and plan execution of the Federal intervention in Migrant Education Program for Children in America, which started from the migrant education program of last sixties that laid stress on the equality of educational start point, process of education, and outcome of the migrant education for children.
