The demand uncertainty faced by firms is often due to the characteristics of the supply chain structure. The inventory and ordering management issues with consideration of the supply chain logistics characteristics is discussed in this paper. Based on the situation of a real firm, the modelling framework is given, and the detail model setting and analysis using the real data of the firm are described. Some special issues in the data processing are discussed.
