摘要
针对医院门诊挂号排队时间长的问题,对上海某公立医院进行了现场调查和分析研究,明确了该医院的挂号流程,收集了大量的病人到达时间相隔,统计出每个服务环节的时间数据。并根据实际工作流程和统计数据,使用专门用于医疗领域的仿真软件MedModel建立了医院门诊挂号服务仿真分析模型并进行深入的分析研究。通过流程再设计提出了服务改进措施,并通过仿真分析对改进效果进行验证分析,最终得到一个优化挂号流程,使患者的平均挂号等候时间从17.24分钟减少到3.15分钟。
To reduce the long waiting time in hospital registration, a field study is conducted at a public hospital in Shanghai. The hospital's registration process is investigated and the data of the inter-arrival time and every procedure's service time are collected. Based on the realistic workflow and the operation data, a simulation model is setup and analyzed using Med-model, a kind of simulation software designed for healthcare industry. Through simulation and process redesign, some improvement approaches are studied and compared with each other. Finally, an optimized registration process is achieved that can shorten the average cycle time from 17. 24 minutes to 3. 15 minutes.
