不同剂量乙醇联合安定对家兔血压、心率和微循环的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察不同剂量乙醇和安定合用对家兔血压、心率和微循环的影响。方法家兔24只,随机分为4组,每组6只,A组按体重从耳缘静脉注入2ml/kg生理盐水(NS)为对照组,B、C、D组分别按体重注入0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、1.5g/kg乙醇为实验组,然后均注入0.5mg/kg安定,注药后5min、10 min、15min、20min观察家兔血压、心率、肠系膜微血管口径及血流速度的变化。结果A组注射生理盐水后血压、心率、微循环基本无变化,而当注入安定后血压下降,心率、血流速度减慢,微血管口径增大(P<0.05);B、C、D组注入乙醇后血压下降,心率、血流速度减慢,微血管口径增大,且乙醇剂量越大,减慢或增大越明显(P<0.05或0.01),注入安定后血压升高、口径仍增大、血流速度进一步减慢,B、C组心率也进一步减慢,而D组心率却有所回升(P<0.05或0.01)。结论随乙醇剂量增加,与安定合用后血压相对升高越明显,微血管口径变小及血流速度减慢越明显,而心率却有升有降。 Objective To study the effects of different dose alcohol in combination with Valium on blood pressure, heart rate and microcirculation in rabbits. Methods 24 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, 6 in each group. Rabbits in Group A were given intravenous injection with 2ml/kg normal saline; and those in Groups B, C and D were respectively injected alcohol, 0.5g/kg, 1.0g/kg, 1.5g/kg, respectively, then all groups were injected Valium, 0.5mg/kg. We observed the changes of blood pressure, heart rate, microcirculation at 5 min, 10 min, 15 min and 20 rain after injecton Results There were no changes in blood pressure, heart rate, microcireulation when the rabbits were injected normal saline in Group A, while injected Valium, the blood pressure went down, the heart rate and the blood velocity turned down slowly, diameters of mierovessels increased ( P 〈0.05). When groups B, C and D were injected alcohol, the blood pressure got down, the heart rate and the blood velocity turned down slowly, diameters of microvessels increased, the higher dose of alcohol, the more apparently the changes were ( P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ), while injected with valium, the blood pressure went up, diameters of microvessels became larger and the blood velocity became lower, the heart rates of groups B and C slowed down further, but the heart rate of group D elevated slightly ( P 〈0.05 or 0.01 ). Conclusion The higher dose of alcohol, alcohol and valium affects the circulatory system more significantly.
