低场强MRI的动态增强扫描在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用探讨(附15例报告)

摘要 目的探讨低场强MR机动态增强扫描对乳腺肿块诊断的可行性和应用价值。方法对15例临床扪诊乳腺肿块患者进行MRI动态增强扫描,其中7例选用FSE-T1WI系列进行扫描、5例选用SESS-T1WI系列进行扫描、3例选用GRL-T1WI系列进行扫描。乳腺肿块的性质以病理结果为依据。结果FSE-T1WI可以获得0.5、1、1.5、2、3、5、7、10min不同时间内的增强扫描像,SESS-T1WI可以获得1、3、5、7、10min不同时间内的增强扫描像,GRL-T1WI可以获得1.5、3、5、7、10min不同时间内的增强扫描像。虽然不能达到高场MR机那样的动态增强效果,但能达到较满意观察病变强化过程的目的。结论低场强MR机若能选择适当参数,进行乳腺肿块的动态增强扫描是可行的,可作为较理想的临床上用于乳腺肿块诊断与鉴别诊断的影像学检查方法。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and applicable value of low - magnetic field MR dynamic Gadolinium- enhanced techniques in diagnosis of breast mass. Methods 15 patients clinically diagnosed with breast mass were given MR Gadolinium- enhanced scanning, of 7 cases received FSE- T1WI sequence scanning, of 5 cases received SESS - T1WI sequence scanning, of 3 cases received GRL- T1WI sequence scanning. The classification of the breast mass based on the pathological examination results. Results In FSE- T1WI sequence, the imaging enhancement were obtained at 0.5 min, 1 min, 1.5 min, 2 min, 3min, 5 min, 7 min, and 10 min; and in SESS- T1WI sequence, the imaging enhancement were obtained at 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 7 min and 10 min; and in GRL- T1WI, the imaging enhancement were obtained at 1.5 min, 3 min, 5 min, 7 min and 10 min. Though the images could not have high resolution as high - magnetic field MR Gadolinlium - enhanced scanning, but it can observe the lesions enhanced satisfactorily. Conclusion If the sequence is selected appropriately, low- magnetic field MR dynamic Gadolinium - enhanced screening for breast mass is feasibility, it can be used as an imaging examination method.
