摘要
湖南东线是目前该省生产力发展水平最高的地区。本文在分析大量现状资料的基础上,阐述了东线建设的重要性及其与长江开放开发的内在联系,提出湖南省现阶段应重点开发东线,以岳阳为门户,以长沙、株洲、湘潭城市群为核心,以衡阳为砥柱,采取点—轴开发方式建好湘江中下游经济走廊,积极参与长江流域开放开发。
The Eastern Region of Hunan Province is a region of the highest level in productive forces development. The auther takes the Beijing Guangzhou Railway and National Highway 107 as central axle of the region. On the basis of collecting and analysing a vast amount of statistical data, this paper expounds the importance of the Eastern Region construction and the internal relations between the Eastern Region and Yangtze River from the viewpoint of opening up and development. The paper puts forward a proposal about developing emphatically the Eastern Region in the present stage and taking Yueyang City as the gateway of the whole province, Changsha City, Zhuzhou City and Xiangtan City as the core of the province's economy, and Hengyang City as the pillar of the middle lower basins of Xiangjiang River. Regional development of the eastern part of Hunan Province should adopt the pattern of point axle development so as to build up the economic corridor for the middle lower basins of Xiangjiang River and to take an active part in Yangtze River's opening up and development.
