摘要
以我院数字化影像科的组建与影像存贮及传输系统(PictureArchivingandCommunicationsSystemPACS)的组建及应用,探讨数字化影像科及PACS系统的优越性。以国际通用的医学影像DICOM30接口标准,将我院影像设备联网,并与院内已建成的千兆主干网HIS(HospitalInformationSystem医院信息系统)联接,成功组建院内大型影像存档及传输系统(PACS)。数字化影像科及PACS的组建方便了我院影像资料的管理传输,且具有良好的兼容性和扩展性,提高了工作效率,节约医疗投资,降低医疗运行成本,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective On the base of founding our hospital＇s digital picture department, constructing the picture archiving and communications system （PACS） and making use of it,we discuss the founding plan and the advantage of the digital picture department and PACS in elementary hospitals. Method According to international useing medical picture interface standard DICOM3 0,we construct the large-scale PACS by connecting our hospital＇s picture devices and linking them with the founded HIS （Hospital information System）. Results The founding of the digital picture department and PACS make it convenient for us to administer and transmit our hospital＇s picture data.Furthermore,it is very compatihle and expansive,increases the work efficiency, saves the medical investment,reduces the cost of medical function,and brings huge economic benefits and social benefits.It is worth consulting by the elementary hospitals.
