The phenomenon about rush registration to trademark, is caused of blemish which exists in principle of trademark registration, irrationality in review system,and the weak awareness of the protection to trademarks. The key to resolve this problems is improving the system of trademark monopoly rights and determining unfair competition to rush registration and founding strict review system for trademark registration.
