在张集矿风井区钻井法施工立井井筒过程中,4 m超前钻在通过表土段粘土层时,受泥包钻头、设备故障等事故影响,进尺缓慢。经矿方、监理、施工单位及厂方四家合作,大胆采用新技术、改进设备、科学管理,成功地解决了超大直径钻井在淮南地层施工中遇到的一些技术难题,并取得了显著成绩。

During drilling construction in Zhangji Coal Mine, φ4m advance drill passes the clay band of surface soil, fottage is too slowly because of the impact of the mud and equipment failure. The mine, supervision coopcrate, unit construction and management unit, adopt the new technique, improve equipment, scientific management, triumphantly solved the technical problems which meet in the costruction of ultra large diameter drilling.
