摘要 目的探讨哺乳妇女及其婴儿碘营养的关系。方法将哺乳妇女及其婴儿尿碘进行配对,并用相关回归方法进行分析。尿碘测定采用过硫酸铵消化-砷铈催化分光光度法。结果哺乳妇女及其婴儿尿碘具有显著的相关关系,相关系数在179对0~14月龄婴儿和97对0-7月龄婴儿分别为0.344(P〈0.01)和0.524(P〈0.01),其回归方程分别为y^^=214.204+0.677x和y^^=136.517+1.178x。0月龄~和4月龄~组比较相关系数差异有统计学意义。结论0月龄一,4月龄~组婴儿与其哺乳母亲之间的尿碘具有较好相关关系,相关系数随着婴儿月龄的增加而变小。 Objective To discuss relation of iodine nutrition of infant and lactation. Methods Urinary iodine between lactating womam and its infant were paired off and were analyzed by correlation and regression analysis; Urinary iodine was measured by ammonium persulfate digestion - arsenic cerium catalysis spectrophotoemtry. Results Urianry iodine between lactating woman and infant correlated markedly, correlation coefficient (r) was respectively 0. 344 (P 〈 0.01 ) in 179 pairs on 0-14 month infants and 0. 524 (P 〈 0.01 ) in 97 pairs on 0- 7 month infant; regression equation was respectively y^^ = 214.20 + 0. 677x and y^^= 136. 517 + 1. 178x. Correlation coefficient (r) was statistically significant in 0 month -, 4 month group infant. Conclusion Urinary iodine between lactating woman and infant is better correlation in 0 month-, 4month group infants, correlation coefficient (r) descended with the aging of infant.
