如何应对突发性危机是当前我国高校教育管理面临的新课题。目前我国高校存着多种诱发突发性危机的因素,高校应根据突发性危机的特征及人们在危机状态下的心理行为特点,制定相应的教育管理对策,积极建构应对突发性危机支持系统。

Currently, as there are various factors inducing abrupt crises in our colleges and universities, corresponding education management measures should be formulated, and a support system to handle such crises be constructed in accordance with the characteristics of such crises and those of people＇s psychology in the crises.
