对企业不道德行为问题的思考

Reflections on immoral acts of enterprises

企业道德建设对于社会经济健康发展具有至关重要的意义,但是我国目前企业道德建设的成效并不显著,大量存在的企业不道德行为已经成为我国社会经济健康发展的严重隐患。造成这一现状的主要原因是由企业行为监管弱化而导致的公正的企业道德环境的缺失,只有加强行业道德自律才能为企业道德建设营造出公正的道德环境。

Enterprises＇ moral construction is crucialto thedevelopment of social economy, yet currently, a great number of immoral acts of corporations have already become the hidden troubles of social economic development. The main cause for the current situation is a lack of a just enterprise moral environment stemming from the failure to monitor enterprises effectively. As a result, this paper holds that only by strengthening the ethical self-discipline of trade can a just moral environment be established for enterprises＇ moral construction.
