摘要
文化与国家的创新能力有着密切的关系。从Hofstede的文化视角出发,对当前中国文化的特征进行了分析,从文化对新产品开发的影响和文化对新产品的市场接受程度的影响两个方面探讨了中国文化在创新中的作用。
There is a close relation between culture and national ability to innovation. This paper examines the current Chinese culture from the perspective of Hofstede's cultural theory. By analyzing how the influence of culture on new product development and people's attitude toward new product, the paper explores the role of current Chinese culture on innovation.
