摘要
客户分类是企业有效地实施客户关系管理的基础。合适的分类指标和评价工具的选取是分类的关键。重点从企业和客户两个方面选取评价指标,综合构建客户关系指标评价体系,并采用聚类分析法对客户进行分类。
Customer fine segmentation is the base of customer relationship management (CRM). The proper classified index and evaluation model play an important role in customer fine segmentation. Based on the presnt analysis of customer cognitive value and enterprise cognitive Value,this paper establishs comprenhensivly customer relationship evaluation index system and realizes customer fine segmentation by applying clustering analysis method.
