摘要
简要介绍了土地定级信息系统和土地估价信息系统的软件和硬件配置、系统的结构与功能，并以通州市为例，阐述了土地定级信息系统的基本算法和模型参数的确定方法。
The softwares and hardwares needed in land classification system and land valuation data system are introduced briefly.The systemetical structures and functions of the two systems are also discussed.The basic calculation approaches and the model parameter determining approaches have been described by taking Tongzhou City as a demonstration area.
