介绍了钢球磨煤机中间储仓式制粉系统工作流程,分析了磨煤机运行(乏气送粉)/停止(热风送粉)的切换过程,提出了相关的控制策略,并在上海石化热电总厂进行了实践,效果良好。
The working process of bin and feeder ball mill coal pulverizing systems is being explained, and the switching process in the course of coal power feeding from using exhaust air to hot air analyzed, simultaneously suggesting a relevant control strategy which has proven itself effective by practical application in Shanghai Petrochemical＇ s General Cogeneration Power Plant.
