摘要
将使用低压透平油的液压调节系统改为使用高压抗燃油的纯电调系统可以提高控制品质,是汽轮机控制技术发展的趋势。通过对给水泵汽轮机速关阀的结构和工作原理的分析,论述了速关阀改造的必要性和可行性;并对主要部件进行了设计计算,完成了速关阀改造的设计方案。
By substituting all-electric governing systems, using high pressure fire resistant hydraulic fluids, for hydraulic governing systems, which use low pressure turbine oil, control quality can be raised. This also represents the development tendency of steam turbine control technique. By analyzing the construction and working principle of quick closing valves of feed water pump' s driving steam turbine, the necessity and feasibility of the quick closing valve' s reconstruction is being elucidated, accompanied by a report on calculations of the main components as well as on reconstruction design already accomplished.
