The Effects of Promoting Cleaner Production on Environmental Standard System

探讨了推行清洁生产对环境标准体系的影响，认为我国在工业污染防治战略由“末端治理”转向“生产全过程控制”的过程中，环境标准体系的建立必须与先进的生产工艺、企业的经济效益、企业的环境管理、产品的环境指标、商品流通领域的环境标志相结合，才能适应环境管理的需要。

The effects of promoting cleaner production on environmental standard system are discussed.It is pointed out that during the transition of industral pollution prevention strategy from the pipe-end treatment to the integrated control of production process,setting up an environmental standard system must take the following factors into consideration:the advanced production process,the economic benefit and the environmental management of enterprise,the environmental index of product and the environmental sign in circulation of commodities,so that the system can meet the needs for environmental management.
