摘要
本文通过对文献数据的整理计算,说明对于易挥发体系(溶解度系数Hf<<1),温度主要影响组分在液相的扩散系数对气态膜过程的总传质系数产生影响;对于具有中等溶解度的体系(Hf≈1),传质同时受液相阻力和膜阻控制;对于难挥发体系(Hf>>1),温度主要通过改变气液平衡关系对传质系数产生影响。
Through rearrangement and calculation of the data from related literatures, it is showed that, for the system being liable to be volatile (solubility coefficient Hf〈〈1),the diffusive coefficient of components in liquid phase affects the total mass transfer coefficient in gaseous membrane process, while temperature is a main factor affecting whole the process; for the system with middle solubility (Hf** 1), the mass transfer is controlled by liquid phase resistance and membrane resistance simultaneously; for the system being difficult to be volatile (Hf〉〉 1), temperature generates the influence on mass transfer coefficient by changing gas-liquid equilibrium relationship.
