摘要 本文通过膜生物反应器MBR处理某车辆厂洗车废水的试验研究,找出一个能满足恢复膜污染的最小曝气量。通过调节曝气量,考察各运行工况下,曝气强度对有机物去除效果的影响,求出不同曝气强度条件下的膜通量。结合理论计算,分析曝气量和抽停时间比对膜过滤性能的影响。 Through a test for treatinent of vehicle washing wastewater by MBR, the least aeration quantity for lessening membrane pollution was found out. The effect of aeration strength on organics removal was investigated. It was shown that, at 0.03MPa operating pressure, membrane flux had greater increase; when aeration quantity was 0.8m^3/h, membrane flux markedly increased, after that, increasing aeration quantity had no obvious influence on membrane flux; 0.8m^3/h was the optimal aeration quantity.
