摘要
将破壁的玉米花粉配成花粉溶液,进行多糖的分离。选择破壁处理,料液比和浸提时间3个因素,进行3因素3水平正交试验设计L9(33)。结果表明,3因素的最优水平组合为A3B2C2。方差分析表明,3因素的差异均达到显著或极显著水平,表明花粉多糖的分离与这些因素密切相关。玉米花粉多糖分离的最佳工艺条件为:料液比为1:6,提取时间2.5h,采取混合破壁法。
Wall-broken corn pollen was made into pollen solution and used as material for polysaceharide separation. Wall-breaking treatment, ratio of material and water, soaking time were selected as three factors and the orthogonal experimental design L9 (33) was applied. The range analysis revealed that the optimum combination was A3B2C2. The ANOVA analysis showed that differences in three factors reached significant or very significant level. The separation of pollen polysaccharide was related to these factors. The optimum technology was the synthesis method, 1:6 of material and water, extracting for 2.5 h.
