摘要
研究了石油醚萃取法、水溶解法、浓缩法分离迷迭香水溶性和脂溶性抗氧化剂,对抗氧化剂的得率及总酚含量的影响。结果表明,不同的分离方法对两种抗氧化剂的得率及总酚含量的影响不大。本文同时应用HPLC法测定了3种方法分离所得的抗氧化剂中迷迭香酸、鼠尾草酸和鼠尾草酚的含量。由于水溶解法所得的抗氧化剂中3种活性成分的含量高于石油醚萃取法和浓缩法,综合考虑,水溶解法是一种较好的分离方法。
In the present study, the water-soluble and oil-soluble antioxidants of rosemary were separated with petroleum extraction, water-dissolving and concentration method. Simultaneously the components rosmaric acid, carnosic acid and carnosol in the above antioxidants were detected with HPLC method. Results showed that various separation methods had slight effect on the yield of the antioxidants and total polyphenol, and the three active components in antioxidants obtained with water-dissolving method was higher than those obtained with other two methods. Hence, it could be concluded that the water-dissolving method was suitable to separate the watersoluble and oil-soluble antioxidants of rosemary.
