β-aescine sodium combining with mannitol for treatment of brain edema after glioma operation

摘要 目的探讨β-七叶皂甙钠和甘露醇联合治疗胶质瘤术后脑水肿的疗效。方法63例胶质瘤患者随机分为甘露醇+地塞米松对照组31例,甘露醇+β-七叶皂甙钠治疗组32例。结果β-七叶皂甙钠+甘露醇治疗组的总有效率(93.75%)高于甘露醇+地塞米松对照组(70.97%)。结论β-七叶皂甙钠治疗胶质瘤术后脑水肿有效,与甘露醇合用疗效更佳。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of β-aescine sodium plus mannitol on treatment of brain edema after glioma operation. Methods Sixty--three patients suffering from glioma were randomly divided into two groups, in which 31 patients were treated with mannitol plus dexamethasone and 32 patients with β-aescine plus mannitol. Results The total efficacy rate in β--aescine plus mannitol group was 96.4%, higher than that of mannitol plus dexamethasone group (P〈0. 05=. Conclusion β--aescine sodium has a good effect on brain edema after gliomas operation. There is an addition effect when it is used with mannitol.
