The New Role of Teacher in Mathematics Cooperative Study of the College Students

合作学习是目前备受关注的教学和学习方式之一。教师必须适当地建立新的角色意识才能适应学生学习的新需要。对教师在大学生数学合作学习中的新角色进行阐述,突出教师在合作学习中的“导师”地位,成为学生合作学习的组织者、学习的合作者以及教育反思实践者,以期帮助教师转变角色,适应教育发展的新要求。

Cooperative study is one of the ways teaching and studying to which is paid much attention. Teaching must have the idea in their mind to meet the students＇ need. The new role of teachers is shown in this paper to make the idea clear. In cooperative study, teachers must be ＂Directors, organizers and practioners＂in order to become the actor, and to meet the needs of the development of education.
