摘要
木结构用胶合板胶合耐久性的研究,主要是对胶合强度和热耐久性的测定。对分别用反复煮沸和减压加压方式处理的落叶松结构用胶合板进行了胶合强度性能检测和对比。反复煮沸处理的胶合板胶合强度几乎没有差别,即几乎不受其板厚的影响。对比发现,减压加压处理的胶合板,胶合强度值明显高于反复煮沸处理的胶合板,且随着厚度的增加,二者之间的差值也在增加。这证明反复煮沸条件比减压加压条件恶劣。在热耐久性测试中,未发现试件有胶层分离。
The study on bond durability of structural plywood for timber structures mainly consists in determination of bond strength and heat durability of plywood. After repeated boiling and vacuum-pressure conditioning respectively, the bond strengths of larch plywood with different thicknesses were examined and compared. The bond strengths determined after repeated boiling were nearly at the same level, ie almost not affected by thickness of plywood. In comparison, the bond strengths determined after vacuum-pressure conditioning were much higher than those after repeated boiling, and the thicker the plywood was, the bigger the difference occurred. This demonstrated that repeated boiling was more severe than vacuum-pressure. In checking the heat durability, no delamination in glue lines was observed in the specimens.
