The synergetic theory profoundly reveals the unbalance system＇s inner mechanism from out-of-order to order. This article analyses general use and significant apocalypse of the synergetic theory in the modern enterprise management from the theory and the practice, proves up that the synergetic theory is effective management philosophy and methodology which could improve the performance of the enterprise management and promote the enterprise development in the dynamic and complex environment.
