高效液相色谱法测定环境水样中嘧磺隆 被引量:2

Determination of sulfometron methyl in water samples by high pressure liquid chromatography

摘要 环境水体中的嘧磺隆在pH=2-3的H2SO4介质中用二氯甲烷萃取富集,然后用高压液相色谱法分离和紫外光(254nm)检测器检测,外标法定量。用此方法测定了井水和生产单位排放的综合污水中的嘧磺隆,结果满意,最大相对标准偏差为5%,样品加标回收率在93~107%之间,最低检测限量为2ng,最低检出浓度为0.004mg/L。 Sulfometron methyl in water samples can be extralted by dichloromethane in pH=2-3 of H2SO4 medium.It can be then separated with high pressure liquid chromatography and be determined with 254um wavelength of U V- spectrophotomctry.The method be used to determination of sulfometron methyl in well water and wastewater with 5% of maximum relative stanbard deviation and 93% to 107% of recovery ratioes.The method minimum detectability is 2ng and minimum detection concentration is 0.004mg/L.
