摘要
J型禽白血病病毒(ALV-J)攻毒1日龄SPF鸡,2个月后取脾脏。用透析法提取特异性转移因子(STF),经检验:STF蛋白反应呈阴性,OD260/OD280为2.38,原液中含有17种氨基酸。生物学检测后结果表明:STF无菌、无过敏性、无毒性。试验组小白鼠口服STF后,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬红细胞的百分率和吞噬指数都比对照组有显著提高(P<0.05)。
Inoculating ALV-J to 1 day SPF avian, and collecting spleen after 2 months. Specific transfer factor （STF） was extracted by dialysis, and the result of detection： The protein was negative reaction, and OD260/OD280 Was 2.38. The amino acid were 17 species in STF. The result of biology indicated： STF asepsis, avinilent. Compared with the control group, the phagocytic index experimental group ＂were promoted by taking the STF orally.
