超临界CO_2萃取应用于柞蚕粉加工中的研究

摘要 以柞蚕为原料,探讨了超临界状态下萃取压力、温度、时间及柞蚕粉细度对柞蚕粉加工的影响。最佳工艺条件为:压力30Mpa,温度50℃,时间60min,粉碎度110目。在此工艺条件下除腥率可达99.6%,脱脂率可达91%,可得到淡黄色、无臭的柞蚕粉。 Tussah is taken as experimental material in this paper. The influence of extracting pressures, temperatures, time and tussah powder's shatter on the process of tussah is systematically studied under supercritical condition. The results showed that the best condition is as following: the pressure is 30 MPa, the temperature 50℃, the time 60min and the powder's shatter 110, the rate of deodorization 99.6%, the rate of de-fat 91%. The result tussah powder is primros yellow and scentless.
