20世纪50年代,我国高等院校两次调整,促使陕西高等教育在学校数量、在校生规模、办学层次、学科类型等方面获得全面的快速发展。陕西高等教育在这一阶段的快速发展,为陕西发展成我国的高教大省奠定了坚实的基础。

In 1950s shortly after the People＇ s Republic of China was founded , there were two adjustments of colleges in China, which drove the all - round development of higher education in Shaanxi Province, especially in the aspects of the number of colleges, the scale of enrolled students, the level of running colleges, the type of subjects and so on. It laid a solid foundation for Shaanxi to become one of the biggest provinces of higher education in China.
