摘要 [目的]了解口服重组B亚单位/菌体霍乱菌苗(肠溶胶囊)在服用后的不良反应,为其推广应用提供科学依据。[方法]选择北京市朝阳、丰台两个区,抽取412人全程口服重组B亚单位/菌体霍乱菌苗,观察服药后的副作用。[结果]没有严重副作用发生,服药后的副作用均为一过性的腹痛、腹泻、头晕等,总副作用发生率6.55%,客观副反应发生率为0.73%,总副反应的发生存在地区聚集性,故不能排除心因性反应的可能。[结论]口服重组B亚单位/菌体霍乱菌苗(肠溶胶囊)副作用发生率低,无严重副反应发生,可以考虑在适当人群中推广应用。 [ ObjectiVes] To observe the side effects of oral cholera vaccine, provide evidence for applying and popularizing this vaccine [ Methods] 412 people of 2 districts 0f Chaoyang and Fengtai in Beijing were selected as sample. The side effects were observed after they took the oral cholera vaccine. [ Results] All of the side effects after taking the oral cholera vaccine were templel such as bellyache, diarrhea and dizziness, The rate of all kinds of side effects was 6.55% and that of the impersonal side effects was 0.73%. Psychogenic reaction couldn't be excluded because of the aggregation of total side effects. [Conclusions] Because the rate of side effects of oral cholera vaccine is low and no severe side effects have happened, the oral cholera vaccine can be popularized in proper people.
