摘要
[目的]了解安普贴薄膜治疗压疮的疗效。[方法]将104例带有压疮的患者分为观察组及对照组各52例。观察组用安普贴薄膜治疗,对照组用皮维碘软膏治疗,两组均按压疮护理常规护理。[结果]两组病例压疮均治愈,观察组治愈时间(8.1±4.1)d,换药次数(4.5±1.2)次;对照组治愈时间(9.9±2.3)d,换药次数(6.4±3.5)次。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P﹤0.05)。[结论]用安普贴薄膜治疗压疮,减少了换药次数,缩短了愈合时间,是一种理想的治疗压疮的敷料。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of the patients with pressure sore treated with Algoplaque Film. [Methods] 104 patients with pressure sore were randomized into observation grorp （52cases） and control group （52eases） Algoplaque Film was applied in the ovservation group while Povidone Iodine Ointment was used in the control group . All pressure sores were nursing normally. [Results] All patients were healed. In the ovservation group, the healing, time were （8.1 ± 4.1） d, and the changing frequency were （4.5 ± 1.2） t, while in the control group, the healing time were （9.9 ± 2.3） d, and the changing frequency were （6.4 ± 3.5） t.There was significant difference in healing time between ovservation goup and control group, also in changing frequency （P〈 0.05） . [Conclusions] Algoplaque Film is a good dressing to use to treat pressure sore . It can shorten the healing time and reduce the changing frequency.
