国外旅游企业战略联盟的现状及对我国的启示 被引量:17

摘要 战略联盟已经成为一种十分普遍的企业组织形式。在旅游行业,旅游企业之间组建战略联盟在国外已屡见不鲜,在我国也呈现出良好态势。文章从企业间战略联盟的形式、动机及稳定型几个方面分析了国外旅游企业战略联盟的现状,认为建立混业同盟是一大趋势,低成功率是国外旅游企业战略联盟的一大特征。文章最后对我国旅游企业组建战略联盟提出了两点启示,即在供应链管理思维下组建混业联盟和千方百计提高联盟的稳定性。 Strategic alliance has become a very common form of organization in tourism corporations, especially in foreign countries. It has also presented a good trend in China. The paper makes an analysis of the present situation of overseas tourism strategic alliances from the forms of strategic alliances between enterprises, their motivation and stability of making alliances. It holds the view that establishing alliances is now a trend and low rate of success is the feature of their alliances. In the end, the authors offer two enlightenments for China's tourism corporations : establishing alliances under the management of supply chains and raising the stability of alliances.
