摘要
利用递推格林函数方法,研究了‘T’型介观结构中的侧向耦合量子链对主量子线输运性质的调制,发现了能量对称中心位置对于判断调制模型的输运特性起关键性作用.结果表明,格林函数方法的计算较为简捷,并且,可以较方便地用来研究其他各种人造介观量子器件的输运性质.
Properties of electronic transport in a ‘T-model' mesoscopic device formed by a main quantum wire with a side quantum-dot chain are investigated by using a recursive Green's function technique. The importance of the energy centrosymmetric position to estimate the modulating model is known. The results show that the Green' s function method can be applied conveniently to study the varied nanofabrication of quantum-dot devices.
