摘要
目的:研究不同提取方法对淫羊藿总黄酮和淫羊藿苷含量的影响.方法:以紫外分光光度法测定淫羊藿总黄酮的含量,HPLC法测淫羊藿苷的含量,通过对提取分离过程中淫羊藿总黄酮和淫羊藿苷的含量的检测,来确定提取工艺.结果:淫羊藿总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为20倍量(V/W),70%乙醇提取3次,每次0.5 h.聚酰胺对淫羊藿总黄酮的富集能力明显优于大孔树脂DHP-100,DHP-600和D101.结论:聚酰胺分离纯化工艺具有转移率高,成本低的优点,适宜用于产业化生产.
Object: To study the effects of different extraction methods on the total flavonoids and icariin contents of Herba Epimedii. Methods: the total flavonoids content of Herba Epimedii is determined by UV method and the icariin contents of Herba Epimedii are checked by HPLC method during the extraction process in order to optimize extraction and column chromatograph technology. Results: The best extraction method is that the herbs was extracted by 70% EtOH (20 times) (V/W)for three times, 30 minutes each time. The ability of polyamide enriching the total flavonoids is better than the three types of macroporous resin. Conclusion: The method using polyamide is steady, cheap and high-transferring and applicable to industrial manufacturing.
