摘要
对混凝土中骨料和水泥浆体的界面特性进行了分析.从改善卵石界面过渡层的特性,增强卵石界面和水泥浆的黏结力出发,对混凝土外加剂和掺合料进行了选择和试验;经混凝土配合比优化,得到卵石高强泵送混凝土强度的计算公式.经性能检测,该种混凝土具有良好的力学性能、工作性能和耐久性能.工程应用表明,卵石高强泵送混凝土可以满足工程设计和施工的要求.
Analysis is made for the purpose of improving the interface character of aggregate and cementing paste in concrete. Admixture and admixing agent of concrete are selected and tested. The formulae for calculating the strength of high-pumping concrete on cobble is obtained by optimal mixture radio. The testing result shows that this concrete has better mechanics performance; workability and durability. It may satisfy requirements of engineering design and construction.
