Optimization simulation of thermal plasma reactor for acetylene production from coal

摘要 建立了等离子体反应器的热流场计算流体力学模型,将此模型应用于单入口、双入口及带保护气的双入口等离子反应器模拟,采用不完全乔勒斯基共轭梯度法对热流体耦合场进行求解,结果表明:采用双入口结构,可提高反应器负荷,在等离子反应器的等离子入口周边设置保护气可降低壁面结焦,当保护气的入口流速为50m/s左右时,效果较好. The heat-flow field mathematical model based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technique was developed for the thermal plasma reactor in order to optimize the reactor structure and operation conditions for the direct production of acetylene from coal. The simulation of thermal plasma reactor with single inlet, double inlet and double inlet with protective gas was given, simulations of heat-flow coupling field was carried out by using the method of Incomplete Cholesky Conjugate Gradient (ICCG). The optimization simulation results show that the load of thermal plasma reactor with double inlet is increased, and the reactor wall surface coking is depressed, the anticoking effect is best under the gas flow rate 50 m/s.
