摘要
研究了FeSO4-H2O2体系催化氧化处理焦化高浓度含酚废水的工艺条件.结果表明:优化处理条件是反应温度为30℃,Fe2+用量为200mg/L,H2O2用量为1000mg/L、反应时间为45min.在该条件下处理废水,酚和COD的去除率分别可达到68.5%和70.4%,然后加入Ca(OH)2将氧化处理后废水的pH值调至弱碱性进行絮凝,可显著降低废水中的铁离子及CN-质量浓度,且COD去除率提高到85.2%,同时废水的可生化性得到显著提高,为后续生物处理创造了良好的条件.
The technical conditions of wastewater treatment in coking plant by the catalytic-oxidation way with ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide were studied. The optimum technical conditions obtained are that the reaction temperature is 30 %, the amount of Fe^2 + is 200 mg/L, the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 1 000 mg/L, the reac- tion time is 45 min. The results show that under the optimum technical conditions, the removal rate of phenols and COD are 68.5% and 70. 4%, and then calcium hydroxide is added to adjust the pH value of treated waste water to weak alkaline and is flocculated, the mass concentration of Fe ion and CN^- decreases remarkably, and COD removal rate increases to 85.2%, the biodegradability of wastewater is improved evidently and the good conditions for following bio-treatment are created.
