转化生长因子β1基因多态性与慢性肾脏疾病
摘要
转化生长因子β1被认为是最重要的致纤维化因子之一,因此,对TGF—β1基因多态性的深入研究可进一步揭示慢性肾脏疾病的分子机制和个体发生疾病的遗传易感性。同时可为慢性肾脏疾病的诊治提供理论依据。
