摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平与糖尿病周围神经病变的关系。方法分别测定2型糖尿病有周围神经病变患者32例、无周围神经病变患者36例和正常对照组20例血浆Hcy水平以及血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白等指标。结果2型糖尿病患者血浆Hcy水平显著高于正常对照组：2型糖尿病有周围神经病变组Hcy水平高于无周围神经病变组；血浆Hcy水平与血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈显著正相关。结论高Hcy与2型糖尿病伴发周围神经病变相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homoeysteine（Hcy） levels and diabetic peripheral neuropathies（DPN） in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Plasma Hcy,blood glucose,lipid,and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured for 32 type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy ,36 patients without peripheral neuropathy and 20 normal control subjects. Results Plasma Hcy levels were significantly higher in diabetic group than those in control group. And plasma Hcy levels of subgroup with peripheral neuropathies were significantly higher than those of subgroup without peripheral neuropathies. Hcy was positively eon＇elated with blood glucose and glyeosylated hemoglobin. Conclusion Hcy levels are related with DPN in the patients with type 2 diabetes.
