ABO血型不合异基因造血干细胞移植治疗慢性粒细胞性白血病1例并文献复习

摘要 目的通过对1例ABO血型大不合的慢性粒细胞性白血病（CML）患者的异基因造血干细胞移植治疗的病例分析和文献复习，以提高对ABO血型不舍的畀基因造血干细胞移植治疗CML相关并发症的认识。方法病例分析和文献复习。结果本例CML患者通过血型大不舍（A供O）异基因造血干细胞移植达到长期稳定植入，疾病得以根治。结论ABO血型大不合不是移植禁忌证，其出现的造血免疫并发症可防可治，对移植后存活率无影响。
