摘要
目的检测Survivin蛋白和Cyclin—E蛋白在贲门癌和癌前病变中的表达变化,探讨两者表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组化sP法检测Survivin蛋白和Cyclin—E蛋白在贲门癌和癌前病变组织中的表达变化,分析两者在不同程度贲门病变组织中表达的相关性。结果①从贯门炎到腺上皮不典型增生(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级)到贲门癌,Survivin蛋白和Cyclin—E蛋白表达均呈逐渐增高趋势,Survivin蛋白的表达率高于Cyclin-E蛋白。②两者在Ⅲ级不典型增生组中的表达与贲门癌组比较差异元显著性(P〉0.05)。③Survivin蛋白和Cyclin—E蛋白在贲门未分化腺癌组中表达均高于其在低分化、高分化腺癌组中表达,组间差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。④Survivin蛋白和Cyclin-E蛋白在贲门炎、腺上皮不典型增生(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级)和贲门癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.881,P〈0.05)。结论在贲门不同病变组织中Survivin蛋白和Cyclin-E蛋白表达随着病变严重程度和恶性程度的增高而增高;两者在贲门癌及癌前病变的发生发展过程中起协同作用,共同抑制细胞凋亡、促进细胞增殖。
Objective To detect the expression of survivin protein and cyclin-E protein in cardiac cancer and precancerous lesion t and analyze the relationship between the proteins. Methods SP method was used to detect the expression of survivin protein and cyclin-E protein in cardiac cancer and precancerous lesion. The relationship of their expression in different cardiac lesion tissues was analyzed. Results ①The expression rate of survivin protein and cyclin-E protein from cardiac inflammation to atypical hyperplasia Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ, and then to cardiac cancer increased gradually. In addition, the expression rate of survivin protein was higher than that of cyclin-E protein. ② There was no evident difference in the expression of survivin protein and cyelin-E protein between atypical hyperplasin Ⅲ and cardiac cancer (P 〉 0.05 ). ③The expression of survivin protein and cyclin-E protein in cardiac non-dif- ferentiation gland cancer was higher than that in low-differentiation and high-differentiation gland cancer ( P 〈 0.01 ). ④ The expression of survivin protein and cyclin-E protein in cardiac inflammation, atypical hyperplasia Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ and cardiac cancer showed positive correlation ( r = 0.881, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of survivin protein and cyclin-E protein in different cardiac lesion tissues increase gradually with the development of lesion's severe degree and malignancy degree. Survivin protein and cyclin-E protein play the same role in the occurrence and development of cardiac cancer and precancerous lesion,both inhabit cell apoptosis and promote cell proliferation.
