摘要
为了解Pb2+污染对牧草生长的危害,实验室光照培养箱培养测定了Pb2+处理对多花黑麦草Loliummultiflorum种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,Pb2+处理浓度≤800 mg/L时,多花黑麦草种子的萌发和幼苗生长受到促进,出现增效效应;>800 mg/L后,种子萌发及幼苗生长受到显著抑制。高浓度Pb2+处理对根生长的抑制大于对芽生长的抑制。
In Order to investigate the growth injury of grass by Pb^2+ pollution, seed germination and seedling growth of Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) treated by different Pb^2+ concentration were determined in incubator culture. The results showed that seed germination and seedling growth were promoted obviously when Pb^2+ concentration below 800 mg/L, and inhibited significantly when Pb^2+ concentration above 800 mg/L. Growth inhibition by high Pb^2+ concentration treatments to root was greater than that to bud.
